The moisturizer hydrates my skin without masking it or clogging pores and every time I use it my skin looks less irritated, hydrated, and more even- especially after using it at night. “I was a little bit worried about this moisturizer, thinking it would be sort of an afterthought for Phyla since their serum is sort of the main focus of their skincare line. Boy was I wrong!! This moisturizer is AMAZING! It is so hydrating, smells great, and protects the phages so you know the serum is working. It may be a little expensive, but at least they created an awesome formula that does exactly what you want it to. I will say, it can sometimes look a little bit shiny on the skin when you first apply it, but other than that it has a great finish and hydrates the skin very well.”
“Ok so— I never write reviews. BUT I know this company is new and because the way the world is maybe you are like me and wary of new companies who you find through Social media advertising. So let me ease your mind (hopefully) through my review of this moisturizer —and all the phyla products actually.
When I first opened the package for these products I was like oh man here we go, this is going to be a dud. The packaging isn’t fancy, and neither is the design or writing. So again I was expecting my skin to either stay as bad as it was or get worse, I was already happy I didn’t get a subscription because it was that much less to deal with. All that being said I still went through with using the three step program because I was at a dead end with products for my hormonal acne. And let me tell you how many $$$ I’ve spent at Sephora and professional skincare lines, how many times I’ve been prescribed retinol or birth control pills. The best results I’ve had from other products were making my breakouts less noticeable or maybe even heal a bit faster. Never have I had something help breakouts from forming without being super harsh on my skin so I look like an alligator. Phyla did that for me!
Since this is a review on the Phulff moisturizer I will tell you the great things I’ve experienced by using it. Firstly it’s actually moisturizing WITHOUT being greasy or leaving a shine. (For reference I’m 28 And have moderate hormonal acne on my cheeks and jawline and combination/sensitive skin) it great all times of the day and doesn’t have a smell which is great. My absolute favorite thing is that it does not make my breakouts worse by irritating them like some heavier creams tend to do and yet it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight like some of the oil free moisturizers I’ve used.
All in all this is an amazing skincare line and I’m so glad I gave it a chance.”
