“I started using this product because I felt like my old cleanser stripped my skin and caused my t section to be pretty oily. At first I felt like this product was making the problem worse, and even breaking me out in places I don’t usually break out from. But now that I’m almost done with the first two months I’m starting to see a bit of improvement. My t section is still a bit oily, but I can tell the product is helping hydrate my face little by little. I will say that my forehead and cheeks have a little more texture since I started using, but for now I hope that’ll go away. Overall, this product is gentle and doesn’t strip your skin but still leaves it feeling clean. I’m not sure if I’d recommend it for people with heavy acne though.”

The product itself is drying so it helps against acne in that way. I really like that it uses salicylic acid and not benzoic peroxide. It’s really gentle I’m the skin. It has a weird smell though.”

The Phresh Cleanser contains 2% salicylic acid, and is a face wash that is meant to be used 2x daily. If you feel like your skin is becoming dry, feel free to use it only 1x daily and incorporate a gentle cleanser when needed.
You can definitely use it as a spot treatment, but it is meant to be a cleanser you use prior to your other skincare products.

The only thing I have noticed is that I do need to use more than the "dime size" they recommend because that doesn't seem to be enough product to get my face sufficiently clean.
