“For the most part it really did a decent job at clearing up my skin. I still get some acne, expecially during the time of my month, but it is not huge painful cystic ones anymore. The face wash dries my face so I use it every other night and just rinse my face with water in the morning. I use the other two products every night, and the morning I just use sunscreen. Can't wait till they come up with a sunscreen, because I think using the product day and night would be more effective.”
Thank you for your review. As your microbiome is beginning to reset to a healthy state, you may notice that your breakouts are less and especially the cystic acne. If you use a mineral sunscreen you and use the products twice a day and the mineral sunscreen does not deactivate the live probiotic in the serum.
“I have been struggling with severe acne since April 2020. I have always had problems with acne and even at 29 years old, I still struggle with my skin. “HELP! It has been five days using the products and although I love the kit my face broke out like CRAZY. Is this normal? About how long till it goes away? I have heard that sometimes skin goes through a purging stage and this definitely brought everything out. I just want to know if is supposed to break out this bad before it gets better.”
Hi Kristi, do not loose heart and this is normal and yes it is the purging process. The serum is drawing from deep within your face the bad bacteria and your skin's microbiome is being reset to a healthy state as the good bacteria begins to flourish. It will get better as you continue to use the 3 Best Friends. It is important to complete a full 60 days to see the full benefit. A suggestion for the serum, use it as a spot treatment as well.

Hi Olivia, thank you for your review for the 3 Best Friends. You have described exactly what happens with continue use. Most people will not see immediately results as the microbiome is trying to reset to a healthy state. This does take time, and does not happen overnight. But..... the end result is healthy skin for life with not harsh chemicals.
