“My daughter did not have good results with your products. In fact her skin got mush worse. We finally met with an esthetician last week and learned that the 2nd step needs to be kept in the refrigerator. Somehow we missed this information. I never saw it on your website or emails. I’m sure she would’ve had better results if we had followed directions! Could you please make sure to include this vital information in multiple places for your new customers…on the “thank you for your purchase page”, email, inside the product box, etc.”

“I like the Phluff cream and the Phortify is fine. (I'm not sure if it's actually doing anything.) The Pfresh cleanser is where I have a problem. First, it's not a cleanser. I was shocked and disappointed to see the directions say I have to wash my face to rid it of cosmetics and sunscreen before "cleansing" my face with Pfresh. For the price, we should get a good cleanser with the kit. But the Pfresh leaves my skin feeling greasy and dirty. Not a fan. I'm not sure if I will continue with this system. I had a few acne places clear up and then more acne appear. I'll finish out what I have on hand and then make a decision.”

When wearing makeup or sunscreen, it is recommended to double cleanse or use some sort of makeup remover with Phyla or other brands. Makeup is often hard to breakdown with a water based cleanser alone, and using a oil cleanser or makeup remover can help.

“I bought this for my granddaughter to use, but her parents weren't interested in her trying it, so - rather than let it go to waste - I thought I'd give it a try myself. Of course, at 61, it's not acne that I'm testing it out for, but age spots and wrinkles. To my pleasant surprise, it seems to have brightened my complexion, the age spots have lightened, and it gives my skin a glow where it was dull and dry looking before. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: the unpleasant scent of the gel cleanser; pretty bad, if I may say so. The other is the fact that the serum needs to be refrigerated. This makes it inconvenient to use. I fully admit, that's laziness on my part, but I suspect it would be even more difficult to get teenagers (thinking about my granddaughter) to comply with going to the fridge twice a day to treat their face. I do really like the serum's dispenser design, and the moisturizer is great! Well - for what it's worth, this is an old lady's review. :)”
