“In my teens I did not have acne. (Lucky me…..?)
As an adult I have it and after an IUD in my 40s it became significant, uncomfortable and embarrassing. I went through surgical menopause and it became even worse. I don’t think people realize how painful, and uncomfortable it actually feels. Mine can be itchy and painful at the same time. It’s incredibly distracting, and it is hard not to pick and scratch. I tried everything OTC and pharma except Acutane and nothing seemed to work for very long. So far with Phyla , I have far fewer cysts and whiteheads but what I am most pleased with is that the pain and itch have subsided. This is a real breakthrough and it doesn’t cost any more than I was already spending. I hope it continues to work, and I will keep using it.”

“I wish that someone had told me about this stuff when I was a kid. I think the hospitals and military should be using it.
