“I’ve been using this for almost 4 months now. For the first 60 days, I did the recommended 2 Phyla applications per day. It definitely helped my skin look and feel healthier, but I was still getting pretty regular stress-related acne breakouts.
I also found it really difficult to spread the phage serum thinly enough to cover the entire affected area (face and neck for me) twice per day while still having it last the full 60 day period, so had to order more early a couple times.
I eventually found what works best for me seems to be using the Phyla phage treatment once per day, before bed, then using a separate benzoyl peroxide treatment in the mornings, along with the Phyla moisturizer. I realize that’s not what’s recommended, but it’s far more affordable than using the phage serum twice per day, and seems to be more effective so far, at least for me.”
