“I am almost 40 with autoimmune so my hormones are a mess and you could tell from my face. Even with diet changes, exercise, and every other acne cream wasn't enough untill now. Noticed a difference after 30 days but more after 60 so stick with it. Also bought some for my teenager who has seen significant improvement she still gets a pimple here and there but it is no longer overhelming. Would still use with an chemical exfoliant.
