“Item arrived damaged. Product had leaked everywhere inside the plastic bag, contacted company to remedy situation and they never even bothered replying. So spent a lot of money for no product. Would not recommend. Go to home bargains and buy their cooling spray for £1. I suffer from the menopause and hot flushes and the cheaper product does the job I would not buy this product from this company. Customer service is shocking”
