“I was surprised no one had mentioned poor suction in their review whereas my first use I hardly got anything in my cup from someone who lactated soo much. I raised the issue up and I was immediately contacted to resolve the issue. Turned out I had assembled the parts of a different pump and so a part wasn’t clicking Well. Excellent customer service, great hands free pump, easy to clean as I use the Milton cold wash and does the job well”
