“Love it! I didnt think i would need a handfree pump but after making the decision to exclusively pump I caved and gave the compact Pippeta a go. So glad I did its given me back precious minutes to enjoy with my baby or get housework done.
I can pump while driving and out and about.
The pump is discreet, slightly louder than I thought it would be but that's not a problem. Quick to charge and lasts for a full day of pumping. Took me a while to get the hang of emptying it without spilling but soon got the hang of it.”
“Super impressed with my Pippeta Compact. I already have the Classic but wanted to try something that was a little less noticeable in my bra and quieter for when I’m round friends or family. The Compact does just that and I can still manage to pump the same!”
“Hands free but quite regularly leaks - some milk always stays in the compartment where your nipple goes and leaks out, either during pumping or when you remove the pump from your breast. Also, the notch for pouring milk isn’t big enough so sometimes the milk just sits in the pump and I have to open it up a bit more to remove. It’s also louder than I was expecting - definitely not quiet enough to pump at work. I also think it’s a bit out of order to include 3 size flanges but charge people to order the extra small/large ones - if my nipples are really small, that’s not my fault, why should I have to buy another part compared to someone with slightly larger ones?”
“Impressive little pump. Stronger than the dual/single hands free and more discreet, however you will end up wasting milk as for some reason it does not all empty into the container. For a NICU parent with an extremely premature baby, it’s really quite upsetting to lose any of that liquid gold. Unfortunately the measurement numbers also began fading within the first week of use, which tremendously disappointing too.”
