“I bought the wearable pump in August and I waited to post a review so I could provide better opinion.
This pump does the job it is meant to do, I cannot complain about it in that sense. There is a range of settings and intensity which meant I can pump 6-8 ounces at a time which is perfect for feeding my hungry baby. The 3 issues I've experienced over the past month and a half are as follows: 1) it leaks whilst you're pumping, I thought it was user error but I spoke to a mum from my NCT class and she had the same issue from her pump. 2) I can't bend down whilst pumping because I end up losing expressed milk from the spout at the top. I have to take it off to pick/pop my baby down when alone. 3) the battery life seems to be decreasing very rapidly. Before I used to get 4-5 days of pumps from it, now I'm charging it every other day and it's not even been 2 months since I've had it. My NCT mum has said she bought hers in June and is charging it every day after she has done a pump of each breast so I have low hope for that going forward. I looked into their warranty but it also states I would have to pay for postage and package to send the motor which I'm not too impressed about as it's not something I have done to it and seems to be a manufacturing issue...”
“We were looking for an affordable portable pump and came across this one. Being cheaper than the well known manufacturer allowed us to look a bit deeper.
The first thing we noticed is that it wouldn't be as complicated as many around to wash after use. Working time was also a good thing to go to. Container capacity being a bit lower than some rivals we found was enough to our case and meant the pump would be more compact.
The flexibility it gives us is worth every penny and we are now going to buy our second one. Also we didn't had any leaks using 5-6 times per day for the last 2 weeks.
Compared to the medical grade pump we have (white and green brand), it takes about 10% less milk and I would say it makes nearly double the noise. The fact that spare containers and other parts remain out of stock on the website are a minus too. These are still not reasons enough for us to don't give the 5 stars to this wonderful and easy to wash pump.”
“I bought two to double pump and am very pleased with the comfort. I have been using them to help increase my supply and have found them very easy to use. Purchasing the pumps on sale made them a great price. Only draw backs are that it is really hard to clean behind the duck bill part and the round shape of the pump gives me a comedy silhouette so don’t feel confident to use them in public.”
