“Motor stopped working after 1 week, contacted Pippeta and customer service was great and replacement sent, 1 month later and the motor has lost suction and keeps cutting out, therefore leaving me with engorged boobs as they are not being emptied sufficiently. When the pump did work, it was great.”

“The motor is perfect for what I need, it expresses the most milk even from my slacking side. This was purchased because my previous motor stopped working, I contacted the customer service team and they were amazing I sent the product back the engineered checked it the same day it arrived and a new motor was sent the following day. I cannot fault the company and the product.”
