“This is my third replacement motor of the same fault. At this point the company could’ve fully refunded me and I could’ve gone elsewhere to buy a pump rather than disrupt my pumping journey multiple times. Customer service is always a 10/10 so I do not blame the staff but is it worth selling if these faults are so frequent?”
“When I first had my baby my pump seemed to work okay, after a short while it felt like it lost suction, I sent it back and Pippeta assessed it and sent me a new one out within a week. Customer service team was great, friendly and efficient, however even with the new pump and replacement parts for the set up I can barely get any milk off using this pump. Would definitely spend more money on getting a better pump next time around.”
“Pumping definitely isn’t my favourite part of motherhood and I struggled with two other brands of pump before trying Pippeta’s hands-free LED wearable pumps. They’ve completely transformed my experience - they’re comfortable, pretty lightweight (which I struggled with others being front heavy), minimal noise and so far I’ve found unless you’re throwing your arms around or doing a handstand contain the milk in the collection cups really well. They’ve got a decent power to the motor so you can pump a good amount of milk in 20-30 mins. The batteries do need recharging fairly regularly but are very quick to charge and come with usb cable that I’ve used with a power pack on the move so you don’t need a plug socket to recharge.
I also recently had an issue with the motor and the Pippeta team were amazing, I filled out a simple form, sent them off and they checked and replaced the motor the same day - fab customer service and commitment to helping out new mums asap.
Can’t fault and have recommended them already to a couple of friends who are pregnant!”
