“One of the 90° exhaust bend had a thinner wall thickness in the bend then the other.
I had to cut the 90's close to the bend to tig weld a 4 1/2" v band flange onto it.
The first 90 tig welded fine. The other blew a hole instantly as soon as I started the weld. Needless to say I was not happy.”
