“Dear Pladra. I love the quality and weight of your Fireside Flannel shirts, but unless you fix your QC issues on sleeve sizing I will not buy anymore of them. This Island Blue Fireside Flannel is the 3rd Fireside Flannel I have purchased - all size large. The previous two shirts sleeve length were different on each shirt, and they were both a little long, but they are wearable. I am a fit, 5'9" tall and have 16.5 inch sleeve length. The Island Blue Large I just purchased has sleeves that are SIX inches too long! Even with the cuffs roled up they are 3 inches longer than the previous shirts. I like the shirt, but I will have to have the sleeves shortened to wear it. I checked to make sure that I had not ordered a 'Tall' buy mistake, and I did not. I also checked to make sure that the shirt was not labeled "Tall", it is not. I like your shirts, but paying to have the sleeves shortend is expensive and I will not order again unless you all fix the sleeve length issue. I am sorry this is the case, because you all do use really nice flannel and make a quaility shirt overall. All the best. Bob”
