“My husband wears a size large shirt in every brand. The Pladra size L, while gorgeous and fit perfectly out of the box - shrunk so much with the first wash that his wrists stuck out of it and it was uncomfortable to button. Highly unusual in a high quality item. I was told by Customer Service that they could not exchange it for another size because it was washed. That does not jibe with a ‘lifetime warranty’ and ‘excellent customer service’. I was offered a 30% coupon on another shirt. Very disappointing in the amount of shrinkage, the sizing, and the customer service.
I would imagine this happens frequently. At the very least, the company should tell customers to size up one whole size on the website.”
