When I ordered my shirt I signed up for the first time to receive a coupon discount, but then I paid with PayPal that uses a different email address than I had registered. Due to a glitch my discount was removed from the shopping cart at check out. I contacted customer service and they replied very fast, refunded the amount of the coupon to my PayPal account. WOW.
