“Very soft and great quality. I asked for an exchange as my order had bears on the cuffs but when mine arrived it showed hardly any bears. When I emailed to ask for an exchange they were very prompt and courteous. I was assured I would get a replacement and personally check the cuffs for more bears. They did just that. I received my exchange with way better cuffs with the bears!!”
