“I don't need to know when my next box is being sent or how far it is I just want it to arrive. As we never get through a box in the time expected we always have some spare to prevent any 'washing powder panic'.
Love the product but don't want my email full of messages. Perhaps once a year or every six months you could ask if I am still happy and want to continue , but thats about it.
