“I’m shocked at how well these work. I took two each morning and during the first jar, I wouldn’t say I experienced much of an effect. But as they say in the instructions , consistency is key. A few days into jar 2 and when I tell you I am LOCKED into tasks. The level of focus is actually surprising, and I have diagnosed ADHD.
I will say that I might dial back to one per day because it is now hard for me to take a nap during the day or sometimes even sleep at night if I take two. Even if my body is tired my mind is energized. So maybe adjust as needed. More physically active folks might stick w two per day. We understand that not receiving your product even after more than two weeks is definitely not okay, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
It looks like your order left our warehouse on April 12th, which is the same day the order was placed. We recently noticed a delay within the USPS network in certain areas. Unfortunately, once the order is processed we do not get notified of delayed orders unless the customer reaches out to us. Since we were unable to find any prior messages from you we were completely unaware of the delay. The good news is that your order is still in transit as of April 29th.
