I forgot to send them back and once I came across the bottle again, emailed to let them know I had forgotten, but was sending them out. Didn't hear back for over a month. Finally got them shipped, paid 17 dollars to do so. They finally decided to write back once I sent the tracking number to let me know I was outside their 30 day policy of which I was never informed and (after a fight) would provide me a 50% refund. So I'll get back 13 dollars. Shady. Customer service lacks, policies unclear, and this product isn't good.”
