“I would definitely recommend this product to someone who experiences mild to serious anxiety as I do. It has really helped calm me,without losing focus or any negative side effects and my mood in general has just been uplifted.
It did take a full week to fully feel the benefits of the product but after the first week it was a effective morning ritual. I think the quality of the ingredients really shows. I have taken ashwangada and holy basil separately in the past but finding the right dose in one capsule has really been convenient. Overall very happy.”
