Currently taking it and seeing if it makes an overall difference but I will say when I first start taking this, I had a bit of a cough with the cough showing signs of infection and the day after taking this supplement, I woke up with less off a cough and no signs of infection either in that cough, so continue use means consistent results!!! :)”
