“I have been feeling better so I think that this along with the rest of my regimen is helping. Not sure yet of the long run. Will have to update so i left off a star. No bad side effects like stomach upset.”
“This stuff is awesome. Started taking a little over a year ago. I have not used my inhaler for asthma since. I have chemical induced asthma and would also have to use before exercise.. not anymore. Plus for the past few years every time I got cold or flu I would end up with an awful couch and months of prescribed couch medicine. Since taking this I got covid and the flu with no cough from it.
