“I picked up a bottle of the advanced sinus support from our local vitamin shoppe. I usually get a bad sinus infection every May going into June. My allergies and sinus irritation started to kick in and I went from taking one a day to two and a couple of the days I did two capsules twice daily. Hi Jennifer - we appreciate your honest feedback. Pending severity of need and body size, we would recommend taking more then 1 time per day when symptoms are severe and then cutting back down to 1 capsule when things become comfortable again. We hope this helps and thank you for your support.
