“I am a year-round allergy sufferer. I average 5+ sinus infections a year even on a daily prescription allergy/decongestion regime. I prefer more natural remedies including the Navage nasal cleaning system, and two other sinus and histamine supporting supplements. Although I haven't been able to remove my Rx from the mix, adding Advanced Sinus support to my supplements has reduced the number of allergic flare ups I have had that lead to sinus infections. For me supplements don't work overnight. First my Dr. and i work together reviewing a potential supplement and we both agree on its possible potential, and I don't have a negative reaction to the supplement in the first few days, then the work begins. It could take years working with my allergy specialist and nutritionist to get the initial dosage right, and then annual tests to make sure no adjustments are needed. Supplements are not covered by most insurance policies, so the costs of the supplements are all out of pocket so it's important that they work and are affordable. I also have a food allergy to coconut and palm oil, so as long as the plant people don't change their supplement recipe, or the tablet casing, and honestly list everything on their labels, I will be a lifelong customer.”
