“These things are delicious. I really enjoy the texture and the mango flavor - they have a nice chew.I'm not sure if they're effective. They're nice when I'm looking for a sweet, but I haven't really noticed them fulfilling their other claims like eliminating cravings in general.”
“Makes a lot f health claims none of which I can say yes works or no doesn't. But the taste is okay. Not terrible but not great. I bit of an odd unpleasant aftertaste. I will say that this did nothing to "control cravings". Nothing moore than a gummy bear would do.”
“I've been taking these gummies for about 2 weeks and it's difficult to say how effective they are. They have been helping a bit, but it may be because it it's like a small snack. The gummies taste good and have a great texture. I haven't noticed any negative digestion effects, which is good.”
“These are about the diameter of a nickel. They're not big, but they do pack a punch. The mango flavor is tasty and the texture of the gummy gives a bit of a chew due to the pectin. I'm not sure when ingredient leaves a slight taste in the back of the throat- either the chromium or cinnamon. It feels like a treat, when helping to stave off the snacking monster before dinner.”
“I've been using these gummies for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by how much they've helped with managing my cravings. They taste amazing, making it easy to stick to taking them daily. I've also noticed I have more steady energy throughout the day, which has been a huge plus. They seem to support my goals without feeling overwhelming or like I'm making drastic changes. The ingredients list is clean and plant-based, which gives me confidence in what I'm putting into my body. The convenience of a portable gummy that doesn't feel like a chore to take is just what I needed. Overall, they've been a great addition to my routine.”
“Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar, Gynostemma, and Chromium Picolate, etc. Great tasting. I already take gynostemma tea a few days a week. (Gynostemma is one herb you are not supposed to take continuously without breaks.) I'd say there is a lot of thought and care put into the product. The two questions are whether it will work for you and whether you can afford it.”
