“The calm mushroom gummy‘s seem to give a nice relaxing feeling. I took these before bed and it seemed to help my anxious mind. The gummys have a nice, peachy taste to them that is not overwhelming, but is mild and nice. The dosing says to take two and that is what I did. The gummy is not too chewy and goes down easily. The bag was easy to get open and easy to seal up to maintain the freshness of them. I dont think this is something I would take every night but, when maybe I feel a little more stress from my workday, I would take these to help bring me down the notch.”

“These gummies tasted excellent and contain no sugar, which I thought was great. I took these in the early evening and did find that I was much calmer. I simply chewed two gummies in the early evening and felt more at ease. Excellent quality and delivered exactly what was expected!”
“Im only giving 4 stars because I think these do work, but they are very mild, so if you need something a bit stronger this may not be the best option for you! However, I will give points to the fact that this is a basically all-natural alternative to other methods of stress relief. I had to take these the night before I had a big interview, and I have to say if it werent for these little gummies I probably wouldnt have fallen asleep that night. Theyre very soothing and natural feeling so the calm kind of creeps over you without you realizing it. They are super yummy and the texture is really great too. I like that theyre more like a gumdrop rather than a chewy gummy, which can sometimes get tough over time. You can also definitely taste the ashwagandha! Overall 4/5 stars because theyre not super strong, but theyre tasty, and do work to some extent!”
