They taste pretty good and the gummies don't get stuck in my teeth - both positives. I have definitely noticed a subtle difference after a couple days of use. Nothing dramatic, for me, but noticeable. I feel calmer and my emotions are less reactive in the evenings. Basically, I can chill out like I hoped. By all means, I am not "that" chill - I still get things done, I still am alert, but I don't have the anxiousness that goes with it all. The only negative, for me, is that it's a little pricey for a 60 count and you take two a day (or as needed), so it won't last very long. Although, I've found that pretty much anything that works and is good for me, is pricey.”

My main reason for wanting to try these is because I struggle with daily anxiety, and when I get anxious/stressed I get very tense in my neck and shoulders which triggers these awful headaches that can be debilitating.
