For the price of this product and the claims to being "climate-neutral" I would expect a totally plastic free experience. And when you address shipping materials in your FAQ lauding your own efforts to ship in no plastic, but don't disclose that the product bags themselves are plastic not recyclable in most curbside bins, it feels to me a bit disingenuous.”
