I emailed them and received several automated responses that it had shipped but it hadn't and no tracking info. In the meantime they had a 20% off sale so I emailed customer service again asking to have the discount applied since it had not yet shipped. the response was "Sorry you're frustrated and no we can't apply the discount".”
