“I've only been taking these for a bout 4 nights. I've noticed it helps more with my deep sleep, and a little with getting to sleep. I recommend taking two only if you have at least 8 hrs of sleep time available, as when I wake not having had enough sleep my eyes and head are extra heavy, and it's actually harder to wake up. Or take them at least 8 hours before you need to awaken.They do taste yummy. To me, it has been worth trying. So far, I'll keep taking them.”
