“So far, I really love these gummies! I’ve been using my Oura Ring to track sleep and before taking these gummies it consistently showed I wasn’t getting enough deep sleep. On average, I got 49 minutes. Some nights I got as little as 12 minutes of deep sleep.
I decided to try these gummies out and I’ve finished my experiment - after 34 nights of data the results are in - I’m averaging over an hour of deep sleep (66 minutes per night). This is an extra 17 minutes of deep sleep a night, and by percentage it increased my deep sleep by 34%, which is not an insignificant amount.
I’ve noticed more energy during the day since using the gummies as well, which matched with the increased sleep quality.
