“I found this very effective during a bout of bad insomnia and disrupted sleep. However, as a diabetic it does elevate my blood glucose and I bought this because it said sugar free. Unfortunately the product has maltitol which has a worse glycemic response than sugar! It sent my blood glucose levels soaring and I could clearly see it on my CGM. But the active ingredients worked so well for my insomnia that I stuck with it for about a month. Wish they would use monkfruit or allulose instead! If they do, I will buy this regularly.”
