“I've tried quite a few OTC sleep aids over time and these seem to work well. Melatonin will only give me a 30-45 minute power nap then I'm awake. This doesn't bade well when I have to work 10 hour days. These gummies help me fall asleep quick and I'm usually out for 4-5 hours but I'm able to fall back asleep. I chew two up about half hour before I'm ready to hit the hay. They're not hard and the taste is fine. These do contain GABA which I've found in the past gives me crazy dreams, but for some reason these don't. That's fine by me. I would buy these again.”
