“I had to write a review because this product is really good. Prior to looking at different sleeping aids, I had trouble with falling and staying asleep. I can say that this product unfortunately did not help me fall asleep quickly, I did see a huge improvement in staying asleep. Consistency is also key. In the first few days of using this, I went on a trip and forgot to grab some for the nights, and I had difficulty so I can say that this product works. Plus it’s strangely really delicious (I wasn’t expecting this good of a taste lol)”
