“I love the mushroom gummies for sleep; however, they were out of stock, so I tried this. Unfortunately, the cacao mix is a major disappointment. It didn’t help me fall asleep nearly as well as the gummies, and it tastes like rotten coconuts and soap. Avoid this!!”
“Love the taste and it really works! I sleep so soundly when I drink it. I like to heat almond milk or a non-dairy beverage and then add it. One word of caution..if you are really sensitive as I am, using half a package may work best for you. Especially if you take melatonin at night before bed. I use 1.5 mgs of melatonin and 1/2 package of Night Light Mushroom Cacoa Mix.”
