“Delivery to Australia took some time. The lights are amazing. The product is very high quality. The voice recognition appears to be a gimmick, as if you don't say exactly the right words, it doesn't understand. It took quite some time to get it set up, as there was no branded box, manual, or quick start guide. It felt like a Chinese copy. After contacting support, they replied "Unfortunately, due to Australian customs regulations, we are unable to include an instruction manual with the lights without incurring much higher customs fees". They then gave me a link for the PDF version of the manual - which was helpful. They did not mention the unbranded packaging.
So it just arrived in an unbranded brown cardboard box, with expensive delivery fees and then I had to wait for support to get access to the manual - rather underwhelming and extremely disappointing for a premium product which had a large delivery fee too.
It really feels like sales to Australia are an unmanaged after thought. You don't get the same thing as their USA, Canada or UK customer base and you pay more in delivery for it.

The on board menu and remote are straight forward and easy to use. I love the voice activation feature; it’s amazing. I plan to download the APP as well.
