“This device is SOLID. I did a ton of research on several devices. I had originally heard about red light therapy for the beauty world so I wanted a wearable. However, after doing the research, those began to look like child's play. After realizing everything that red light can help with, I realized that getting a more powerful device just made more sense even if i could not be mobile while using it - also the price difference wasn't that much more compared to getting a wearable face and décolleté mask. I almost purchased the Mito Red but after more research, i realized they do not really have 5 chips (as they claim) and are not as powerful as this one. Their customer service was stellar though. After more research watching a variety of youtuber's reviews (Alex Fergus is amazing), I went with Platinum. I received my 450 and stand, super well packaged. I have had piriformis muscle problems in my back for over a year but when i used this device just 2 times, it was 80% better, I could not believe it. I was then inconsistent due to COVID and the pain came back after 1.5 weeks but I'm starting up again and in just one session, it was feeling a lot better. I do not think it is a coincidence at this point. I convinced my friend to get one and she has a lot of back and hip problems and while she just received it, she felt better right away as well. I do have to say that their customer service is far from terrible, but you may have to call them a couple times to talk to them but they're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I called a couple times, customer service isn't really an issue but perhaps they are working on other things besides answering the phone.”
