I had total knee replacement 5 years ago and always have had stiffness, pain when walking and after working out. I've been back to PT twice over the years and only mild relief.
So I gave LED therapy a shot. I've used this 4-5 times a week with 10 minute sessions directed at my knee. After a week I noticed a difference in my flexibility and pain relief. Going into week 3 now and my pain has almost totally disappeared. My flexibility is so much better, easy to put my socks and pants on now. When you're 71 years old this really means a lot to not be hindered with the pain and stiffness.
Now I'm doing an extra 10 minutes on my back and hip for the occassional soreness.
