“This is my first red light therapy product so there is no comparing. (can't compare to anything else) But it was very easy to set up and start using. I have been using it every day since I received it, I use it first thing in the morning for about a 1/2 an hour and it really wakes me up. energy levels stay with me all day. May get another one to make a wider, but for now this is Great.”
