“I've had the Biomax 900 for a few weeks now. I've been using it for 30 minutes a day, sitting between 6 and 48 inches away in just my undies while I do a light yoga session each evening to recover from weightlifting and crossfit. Mostly interested in the muscle recovery and sleep-enhancing properties of RLT. Some evenings I've sat for an extra 15 minutes per side to really get some light on the shoulders.
