After hearing about the benefits of red / near-infrared light benefits I researched the best light devices.
The quality of the PLATINUM THERAPY LIGHTS impressed me and I placed my order.
My considerations:
Health concern: Circulation - Inflammation.
Which panels? I chose BIOMAX 450 & BIOMAX 900 to treat the entire body.
Which mounting system? Considering our ages 86 and 92 years old we chose
BIOMAX HORIZONTAL STAND along with the remote control.
Everything arrived as promised in perfect shape, Assembling the stand and light panels were as easy but we needed help lifting and positioning the lights onto the stand.
I with lower back fusion (metal implants) and a pacemaker asked myself how and where could I lay down for treatments. I bought a low-level 33” wide therapy stretch and exercise table. Only after adding a yoga pad and an additional 2” foam pad and pillows for support did I finally feel pampered - treatments could begin. I know it will take a few months to get a measurable good result.
Now to the good part:
After the very first treatment my husband who always has cold hands and feet felt wonderfully warm all over and was very calm and relaxed. The Circulation is working! He loves his daily light session.
For myself: after the first 3 treatments the tingling in my feet was reduced, l slept through the night and the tingling did not ever awake me since then. The lights are a mood changer - no anxiety.
The hardest part for me is lying down and rolling over, thanks to the easy-rolling horizontal stand I can position myself first then pull the stand into place and turn on the lights with the remote control.
I hope my story will help other Seniors, my Doctor gave his approval. In the beginning, I am using the lights at a safe distance of 14” to 16” away from my body for a total time of 10 minutes almost every day until I learned and know more about the safe usage of red and near-infrared light therapy for other medical concerns.
I made one mistake - I should have bought the BIOMAX HORIZONTAL STAND MOTORIZED.
My goal is not to be a beauty queen or a competing athlete, our goal is to live out our lives with as little pain and as strong as possible. I wish I had known about these miracle lights sooner.
