“We were so excited to get this fun backyard game, but we’re very disappointed in the quality for the price. The plastic legs are so flimsy that one is already broken and the clips that hold the net in place are not strong enough for you to get a good bounce off of the net. Definitely a bummer”
“Smash Net has been a great game that all of our family has enjoyed. However, the quality of construction and customer service as been extremely poor. Unpacking the Smash Net for the first time, I noticed a couple of the pieces had cracks in them. I took pictures and just duct taped the pieces that were broken so that we could play. After playing for the first time, I noticed the stitching on the net was coming apart. I notified the customer service team of my concerns with the quality of the construction. They have yet to send any replacement pieces and have been very slow to respond to my emails. We will continue to play the game with the duct taped pieces and without a net because it is a great game and fun for adults and kids. Just wish the quality of the product exceeded my expectations as the game has.”

“I coach HS football. I bought this for the football team. Put it in the locker room. The kids play it every day.
In order to get a good bounce, we had to tighten the net. This caused the plastic frame to start to bend. Also, when the ball hits the frame, it doesn’t bounce.”
