“This just blew my mind. I wasn't expecting it to be smooth and delicate. It's only 12.5% ABV which compared to today's Reserva Rioja where they sit around 13.5 - 14.5, crazy! Lots of dried red fruit and so much liquorice and cream. Everything was in tune and balanced. It's drinking now, it doesn't need decanting, but be careful with the cork as it's delicate.”
