“The diffusers look really nice, good finish. The problem we have is that although they are the same size as the diffusers we are replacing, the screw holes have been moved so far to the inside that they are right next to the duct. Now we have to either modify them by creating new holes and covering the original ones, or return these and pay $10 more per diffuser for 2 inches larger than we need.”
