Insinkerator 76006, Evolution Septic Assist Garbage Disposal, Black Enamel Gray, 3/4 HP Reviews

Just installed this a few weeks ago and it works great. it is extremely quiet and as long as you install the bio liquid correctly by making sure you push it tight it doesn't leak. Would highly recommend to others even with its higher price tag.

I did not install this myself. I called in a plumber since I had everything being changed at once due to new countertops. Very happy with the purchase. Not too expensive but a big upgrade over the cheap, noisy disposal I originally had. It's a lot bigger than the old one but still much better overall.

Needed a disposal that would work with my septic system. Appears, so far, that this will do the trick. Easy install. Nice quality.

Extremely quiet! I’m in love with how quiet this thing is! But it is also very large! Does take up a lot of space under the sink! Was easy to install! Overall very happy! Has been in use for 4 months now no issues at all!

First, hats off to all the plumbers in the world that do this for a living. To say this was heavy and awkward would be an understatement. Before you begin, get your car jack...seriously.This was bought as a replacement for a 1/2 HP disposal which was leaking 2 weeks after we moved in to our house. I researched only a little but this one came out on top for reviews. We have septic, so I wanted to make sure that we got the best; I don't need that bill.Package came quick and as expected. All parts were there and fortunately for me, it was a easy swap from my old one otherwise you have to replace the sink hole, etc.You are able to use your old cord if it is in good condition. Easy swap however, be prepared to have a cable connector (plug to put the cord through). I could reuse mine but I suggest having a new one on hand. You seriously need a car jack. It is awkward and heavy and if you don't get the ring lined up first shot, you can run the risk of dropping it and even worse crushing/breaking pipes under the sink.Once it is connected and you are ready to go, when you turn it on, I seriously didn't think something this quiet could actually work. QUIET!This is day one review and will return if necessary but I am hoping for the best.
