Used for a 10-unit building, pump runs in summer if any zone calls for heat. Contacted support, but response was disappointing. Avoid this control.

I'm building a new house with all in-floor heat. Every room has its own thermostat, 23 zones total. I've done almost all the work myself, wiring, plumbing, everything. Couldn't get an electrician to wire up the boiler and heat zones. Purchased 4 of these boxes, wired it myself, works great!!! Very easy to use.

It is very easy to wire the zone valves and thermostats to the control module. It is a little trickier wiring the module to your pumps and boiler.

I use this with a PC700-2 for outdoor reset with a Weil McLain UO-4 that has been converted to gas. The control works as expected except for the post-purge feature. All that does is maintain a call for domestic hot water for two minutes after the DHW aquastat is satisfied, even when there are other thermostats calling for heat. Needless to say, I turned that off. Apart from that, I am satisfied with the control.
