“I ordered this in September so I could install before the end of October, when I'll need to begin using my Heat. I received this several days before projected arrival. I'm one of those "Handy Man" types. I don't install heating systems, but I am well equipped to service them to an extent. Last year I replaced the auto-exhaust damper. Saved $300 I would have given the "Guy". This L.W.C.O. is the first one I've replaced. It would have cost me between $400-500 to have a plumber install this!!! The plumbers here in N.Y. are a complete rip-off! This is the EXACT model replacement of the original unit installed in 2008.”

“Couldn't give more than 4 stars. The previous one of the same model lasted only 8 years. Pain finding the problem. System wasn't keeping up with some very cold nights. I turned up the boiler and the whole boiler shut down. Happened to bump into the low water device and the power went back on. No problems since I replaced it.”
“The old cutoff failed. So the boiler kept shutting off. I was able to determine that it was the cutoff that was causing the issue. Changed it to a new one . Working very well so far. No issues. But more than the product I like. Products are reasonably priced. And returns are easy (though not free, you have to pay return shipping). But they have made the process easy. So I would buy from them again.”
