“They are pricey when you have to change your filters ever 3ish months but that is because they do a good job of cleaning out the dirt and dust. Once you learn how to line the clips up they go in easy and fit just right.”

“Be careful how you have it shipped to you. I selected for items to be delivered in the manufacture box when possible to save on cardboard. I usually buy 2 at a time and those are fine. I bought a single piece this time and the manufacturer box is too thin for it not to be damaged. Hoping by deselecting manufacturer box just for this item when I order it, will take care of the problem. Otherwise it is the product my furnace requires. A little tricky to install.”
“This is my fifth filter purchase through plumbingsupplyandmore. The filters themselves are fine‚Äîthey do what they are supposed to with relatively easy installation (aligning the tracks can be challenging depending on the placement of your unit). My grief here is that my filter arrived opened. Clearly ripped open on one end and then half taped up, like someone bought the wrong one, tried to install it, realized their mistake, and returned it. I paid full price for a NEW filter, not an open-box filter. The end of the filter on the open side is already dirty. "Sold by and shipped from plumbingsupplyandmore." An open-but-unused pair of socks? OK, I can wash those. An open-and-slightly-dirty HEPA filter that can't be washed? No. One more strike, and you're out, plumbingsupplyandmore.”
“The delivery was prompt and all went well with installation. Was not like what my other furnace required. All was good. Will reorder in 1 year or 6 months when ever needs replacement and will get from same place. Beats running all over town as not many places carry that kind of filter”
